Soul Of Service:

Loving With Precision

June 7-12, 2027 • Temecula, CA.

You’ve been holding it all together for too long.

From the outside, you look like you have it figured out. You’re capable. You’re reliable. You’re the one others lean on. But on the inside?

  • You’re tired of striving, proving, and pushing.

  • You crave rest but feel guilty the moment you slow down.

  • You wonder why achievement never feels like enough.

  • You long for joy, connection, and a softness you can’t seem to reach.

High-achieving patterns were once your survival. Now, they’re keeping you from the life you want.

This retreat is a space to lay those burdens down and discover how to care for yourself with the same devotion you give to everyone else.

What if there was a place where you didn’t have to be the strong one? Where you could put it all down, breathe, and finally feel held?

That place is here. In the California sun. With us.

A retreat designed for women who do it all.

The Soul of Service Retreat is a five-night, immersive experience created for women ready to shift from depletion to deep connection.

Over six days, you’ll:

  • Gently meet the younger parts of you that learned love had to be earned.

  • Practice nervous-system regulation so rest feels safe again.

  • Soften perfectionism and over-functioning into compassion.

  • Remember that your needs belong in the circle of your love too.

  • Belong to yourself, to community, and to the larger rhythms of life.

This isn’t a quick fix or a vacation you have to “recover” from. It’s a carefully held, therapeutic container where your body, mind, and spirit can settle into the truth: You are already enough.

What you will practice at Soul Of Service Retreat:

Each practice is designed to help you honor the tenderness at your core, protect your own heart, and learn to love in a way that sustains you as much as it sustains those around you.

1

Loving With Precision:

Direct your love, time, and energy with intention so your care makes the impact you desire, without leaving you depleted.

2

Healing What Matters:

Gently tend to the root wounds that drive perfectionism and overwork, so you can serve from wholeness, not self-abandonment.

3

Protecting What’s Tender:

Honor your heart and boundaries as sacred. Protecting your tenderness is what allows you to keep showing up.

4

Harnessing Your Sensitivity:

Transform sensitivity into strength that fuels your service and creativity, rather than draining you.

5

Becoming Who You Need:

Grow into the version of yourself you have been longing for, so you can show up fully for your relationships, work, community, and the world you love.

The transformation past guests describe…

This is about more than a beautiful week. It is about a lasting shift.

From urgency to presence.
From self-criticism to self-regard.
From performance to authenticity.
From over-giving to attuned, boundaried care.
From isolation to belonging.

Here’s what our guests have to say:

“I never expected to leave this retreat any different then when I first got there. I am blown away how Dez was able to help me reach deep and bring clarity to myself through dance and art. Trust the process has a new meaning for me. It’s not just words. I am so grateful 🙏🏼”

“This retreat cracked me open in the best way. I’ve never felt so held—by a space, by a person, by a group of women. Dez was one of the kindest, most grounded, safe humans I’ve ever met. She created a safe container for all of us. For our emotions, our stories, our silence, our tears, our joy. I felt deeply seen without even having to say a word. And when I did speak, there was no judgment—just love. Deep, real love.”

If you’ve been waiting for permission to include yourself in your own circle of care, this retreat was created with you in mind.

Hi, I’m Dez.

For over a decade I have helped hundreds of high-achieving women, supporting them through the process of healing trauma and breaking free from perfectionism and burnout, using somatic practices like yoga, breathwork, mindfulness, and other experiential practices.

I have been running retreats for years, supported by a dedicated staff to make sure you get the attention you deserve.

Together, we’ll create a nurturing space where you can explore your past, let go of problematic high achieving behaviors, and find new ways to embrace play and joy.

You do so much for others.

The Soul of Service Retreat is your invitation to remember that your love includes you too.

Come home to your body, soften your edges, and honor the tenderness that has always been your strength.

If you feel called, trust that. Spots are limited and rooms are first-come, first-served.

  • "Before the retreat I was told it would be life changing, and I didn't really understand how, but now on the other side I can confirm that it is in fact so very life changing. From the community built of lifelong connections and friendships to the new experiences it was absolutely life changing. I have never felt so seen, safe, and at peace - I truly unclenched my entire body for the first time in a LONG time. It was the perfect balance of content and adventure."

    Retreat Guest

  • "I felt truly seen, held, known, and appreciated. Maybe more so than ever before in my life because it was from a group of strangers, which totally healed me. I left feeling really sad, but equally grateful. What shifted for me was that now I have proof/evidence that this kind of healing/safety is real and possible for me.”

    Retreat Guest

  • "As a busy mom managing a family of four, a household of six, a corporate fortune 50 job, and various other commitments, I was on the verge of burnout and mentally exhausted. This retreat revitalized me in ways I am still discovering weeks after my return. Braving all the physical, mental, and spiritual barriers was completely worth it! As a reward, I got the opportunity for incredible healing, sisterhood, therapeutic breakthrough, and joy."

    Retreat Guest

  • "The women I shared this experience with changed my life. They showed up fully and bravely. Their honesty, their willingness to be vulnerable, their courage to feel deeply—it created a kind of connection I’ve never felt before. They feel like soul family now. Not just friends, but women I will carry with me for the rest of my life."

    Retreat Guest

  • "I thought I was going to on a retreat for a luxurious getaway-an extra special birthday gift to myself. Turns out, I was actually going to meet the unseen, unacknowledged parts of myself that I'd buried over 20 years ago. What started as 5 days of self-celebration (organized by the brilliant Dez) turned into one of the most powerful growth accelerators of my life."

    Retreat Guest

  • "This retreat blew me away! I feel like I was able to reconnect with my inner child and true self; parts of myself that I have not paid attention to in a long time. That was such a gift that brought me joy through play and community. Dez was able to offer a safe place to be vulnerable that allowed connection and healing. I was not expecting how powerful the work we did together would be. My nervousness of meeting strangers in a new international city faded quickly. I was met with warmth and care. I am so appreciative of this experience, the woman I met, and Dez's expertise."

    Retreat Guest

  • "I’ll never be able to thank Dez enough for this experience. For what she created. For how she held us. For how she helped us hold ourselves. This retreat was life-changing. If someone I love ever felt called to do deep inner work in a space that is safe, sacred, and full of heart—I would send them here. Every time."

    Retreat Guest

  • "If you have any inkling of interest, do not ignore it. As someone who debated it for a long time, I only wish I had gone sooner! It is such a gift to yourself that will be cherished for much longer than you'll be away. It is the first time where I have returned from a trip feeling deeply recharged, grounded in myself and in harmony with my inner voice. While getting in touch with yourself, you will build cherished connection with others along the way!"

  • Inner child work is an approach to recognizing and healing emotional injuries and wounds that took place in early life. By using play and exploration with a ‘beginner’s mindset’ (discovering new things and viewing experiences with a fresh perspective), you can reparent your inner child and heal old wounds. We believe that once you learn to heal your inner child, you can reconnect to your divine feminine and become your truest self.

  • We completely understand how intimidating it can be to travel alone as a woman. We want everyone to feel safe and comfortable, so we have built all of our retreats to be very hands-on and provide a lot of pre and post support.

We plan to hold your hand every step of the way.

  • We have been so very lucky to have had incredible women attend our retreats. The women have come from all walks of life and all age groups, but have formed very deep and long lasting relationships. We believe this is because we all come together with the same purpose.
