What if your perfectionism wasn’t a flaw to fix, but a younger part of you asking to be held?

What if you didn’t have to hold it all, all the time?

You’ve spent a lifetime trying to earn your worth.
By showing up. Holding it together. Getting it right.
You’re everyone’s rock—but when was the last time you gave yourself the softness you offer so freely to others?

This workshop is a space to put it all down.
To stop performing, producing, and pretending.
To come home to yourself.

Over the course of three gently guided hours, you’ll be invited to connect with the parts of you that learned love had to be earned and begin writing a new story rooted in compassion, care, and enoughness.

This is not about fixing you.
It’s about finally tending to what’s been carrying too much, for too long.

This is for you if:

  • You’re the go-to person for everyone else, but asking for help feels impossible.

  • You feel like rest must be earned, and productivity is your safest place.

  • You hold yourself to impossible standards and feel depleted trying to keep up.

  • You crave more softness, connection, and presence in your life.

  • You’re curious about inner child work and ready to explore what healing can look like.

  • You’ve wanted to join one of my retreats but haven’t been able to. This is a chance to experience the work in an accessible, supportive way.

In this workshop, you’ll:

  • Be gently guided through mindfulness, imagery, and inner child practices

  • Reflect and journal on where perfectionism took root and how it’s showing up today

  • Connect in a supportive community of people walking a similar path

  • Learn practical tools to interrupt old perfectionist patterns and access self-trust

  • Leave with small, soul-aligned shifts you can carry into daily life

Please note this is a live event and will NOT be recorded to ensure a safe and confidential space for growth.

You’ll walk away with:

  • Safety and Belonging: The felt experience of being in a space where you don’t have to earn your place.

  • Deeper Self-Compassion: A connection with the younger you who believed she had to be perfect and the tools to care for her gently.

  • Embodied Insight: A better understanding of how your body signals burnout and how to actually listen.

  • Nervous System Tools: Somatic practices to ground you when perfectionism kicks in.

  • Real Support: A community that sees you, holds space for you, and helps you remember you’re not alone.

  • "I feel like I was able to reconnect with my inner child and true self; parts of myself that I have not paid attention to in a long time. That was such a gift that brought me joy. Dez was able to offer a safe place to be vulnerable that allowed connection and healing. I was not expecting how powerful the work we did together would be."

  • "I feel so much more calm, connected and at peace with self, and at ease with the imperfect things in my life. I've allowed myself to rest and not be perfect and let loose. To be seen. To care less about what others think and what the outcome of situations are. It's been very liberating."

    Past Participant

  • "I am looking forward to continuing to strengthen my relationship with my inner child through play and internal exploration!"
